The 2017 Garden Retail Awards will recognise and celebrate outstanding achievement within the garden retail industry.
The award scheme provides an exceptional opportunity for garden retail outlets and key suppliers to showcase their achievements, innovation and success to customers —and reward staff for their work throughout the year.
They can be used as a powerful tool to support key business objectives, whether through raising the profile of a new service or offering for customers, or simply the encouragement of success.
Hosted by leading industry title Horticulture Week, winners can look forward to their successes being promoted across the brand’s digital, social and print outlets, reaching an audience of 100,000 unique individuals every month.
New for this year is a broader range of options for those entering “Garden Centre Outlet of the Year” plus two new categories highlighting the crucial role of specialist garden industry buyers. These join new categories launched last year for the best supplier of plants to the garden centre market and the best garden centre-based landscape service.
Entries are encouraged from garden centres and other retail outlets, as well as retail product and plant suppliers throughout the UK.

In an exciting new initiative this year, all entrants to the Garden Retail Awards will receive an exclusive copy of our new Insight Report. The report will offer exclusive feedback for entrants from a leading business consultant and judge on key learnings from this year’s awards. :
Also new this year, all awards finalists and winners will receive a Press Kit/Media Pack, which includes a press release for marketing/communications activities and finalist or winner’s logos. The same kit will automatically be sent to your local media on your behalf.
