Entry fees

Standard entry fee: £58.75 (£50 + VAT) per entry.

Entry is free to HTA members

Entries in the categories for which a nomination is requested are free of charge.

Late fees
Late entry penalty: £29.37 (£25 + VAT) in addition to the entry fee if you miss the deadline for entries. This surcharge will only apply if entries are submitted late, without the Event Manager having been informed in advance.

Cheques should be made payable to: Garden Retail Awards. One cheque is acceptable for multiple entries.

The entry fee covers the cost of processing and storage of entries, distribution of compiled entry packs to judges, hosting of the judging day, and relevant judges’ expenses, including site visits as appropriate. Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 7 August 2009 upon written request, however entry fees are non-refundable.
