Judges Process and Panel
The judging panel
Each year the Garden Retail Award puts together a panel of impartial experts to judge all the entries and determine winners. Ranging from consultants to merchandisers the judges come together in September to examine and discuss each individual entry.
The process
Stage 1
The judging panel will consider the material submitted with the entry. This should include any photographs and/or documents which will help the judges to assess the entry. The impact made by the initial entry material is of the utmost importance.
Stage 2
In September 2009, Garden Retail will announce a short-list of schemes from which the winners will have been selected.
Stage 3
The winners will be announced at a high profile Awards presentation which will take place at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, on Monday 2 November 2009.
The decision of the judges on any matter relating to the Awards will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into concerning their decisions.
